Lottery Master is a bespoke system that we are able to continuously change and adapt to
meet our requirements which is brilliant as we are able to constantly improve the service to
our customers. We are able to create various different reports and receive them in the
formats that we require.
The system is user friendly for a whole range of our users including some of our volunteers
who are less experienced with computers; which is essential when there is limited time to
train.
